14 DAYS EASY RETURN POLICY

  •  Customer can claim the return/refund within the first 14 days since the day of the order delivery through email info@topratedleather.com or 24/7 live customer support and our agent will settle your concern within 24 hours.

Cancellation Of The Orders

  • Full refund will be possible when the cancellation of order would be done within 24-hours.
  • If the customer decided to cancel the order within the first 48-hour after the order confirmation, there will be a 35% of cost deduction from the paid sum.
  • Cancellation of the order within the first 5-days before delivery, there will be a 50% of cost deduction from the paid sum.
  • There will be no cancellation of order after 5 days of order confirmation.
  • If order is dispatched and shipped then you can not cancel it .You have to receive order and then file a return.
 

Exchange

  • If you’re considering the replacement of the received product with any other product in our store or a different size of the same article, kindly contact us on 24/7 live support team or at info@topratedleather.com.

Return

  • Customized items and Custom Orders are not returnable & exchangeable because they are specially made for you and we are not likely to sell it to anyone. 
  • If there should be an occurrence of return, the shipping cost will be paid by the purchaser and they are additionally liable to pay the earlier postage cost that was paid by us because we offer free shipping to our customers but it is not free to us.
  • We will refund the payment within seven business days of receiving the returned product.
  • If the tags of the jackets or the bags that the jackets come in are damaged, there will be a 20% of cost deduction from the refund amount.
  • The damaged jackets with broken buttons, broken zippers, scratched or teared up garments will not be eligible to claim a return or refund.
